Improve Quantity and Quality of your Free Time


Many believe leisure time to be an unrestricted time to party and follow your heart's desire. However, a rough schedule helps in improving both the quantity and the quality of the your free time.

Overworking yourself will soon result in diminishing results, eventually leading to a burnout. This will halt the company's processes.

Leisure time, therefore should be used to recharge your batteries. Even workaholics admit that working oneself to death out of a personal compulsion is not favorable.

Lack of leisure time is the leading cause behind low morale, which eventually creates a general ineffective employee. Employees are often forced to overwork; because of contractual obligations, or a simply afraid of being 'downsized'.

End your day on a point of accomplishment. This will improves the quality of relaxation time, and help you to return to work eagerly. If you have reached closing time with a problem, then make a note of it. This preparation will also be beneficial while leaving for a lunch break.

A long break

Personal relationships often take a back seat to work. Is this the price of success? The best way to tackle this problem is to work effectively throughout the year and then take your all vacations at once.

Relaxing means taking time out for yourself and activities that you cherish, it also means avoiding the urge to turn your free time into a mini-military drill.
