Marketing consultant and card game creator Étienne Garbugli has released a guide on being more productive with your time.
Garbugli has developed a list of lessons that have helped him manage his workflow as a young professional consultant.

Most people learn time management the hard way: by trial and error.

For instance, Ike Eisenhower struggled to prioritize tasks during his presidency. This made it difficult to stay organized while making tough decisions. Therefore, he developed a method known as "The Eisenhower Matrix," which allows people to divide their tasks into smaller lists of four based on urgency and importance.

Étienne Garbugli, a Montreal-based product and marketing consultant, has invented a technique to master time and work.

Garbugli is the author of "Lean B2B: Build Products Businesses Want" and creator of "Control Alt Deceit," a card game designed to replicate the process of starting a business. The designer created the following presentation, posted to SlideShare, which we've shared here with his permission.
