Each and every single college student, regardless of their major or place of study, can benefit from using technology. It simply makes life easier in so many ways. There are several applications that college students should not live without. Unless, of course, they like having a more stressful, disorganized life..
Any.do
[post_ads]The Any.do application is ideal for college students who like making to-do lists, or who need to start being more organized and on top of their game! The application takes your tasks from other devices, synchronizing all of your lists together. This way all of your lists can be easily read and accessed from literally anywhere. It even has a voice recognition feature, allowing you to create tasks without typing a word. This can be especially useful in not forgetting to add important things to your list, even when on the go.
Mailbox
The Mailbox application completely redefines receiving emails. Since most college students are always moving around, as well as constantly receiving emails, this helpful application allows you to keep your inbox clean and organized. With simple swipe commands, you can archive emails, set reminders, and even read multiple emails at the same time, all from your cell phone! Nothing will ever get lost in the mail!
Dropbox
The Dropbox application will ensure that you never lose your coursework or notes. This application allows you to upload all of your documents, pictures, and videos into a cloud. Once they are uploaded, they are accessible and shareable from any internet source, even if you don’t have your phone or computer on you!
Feed.ly
The Feed.ly application helps students stay up to date on the latest news and events, even with all the stress of daily college life, with tons of exams and assignments to keep up with. This application enables you to put all the news important and interesting to you in one organized RSS feed, with notifications showing up on your mobile screen. You’ll always be informed and make the deadlines.
Scribd
The Scribd application is the world’s largest online library. And there is, of course, no better place for a college student than a library. However, often times a library can be a rather overwhelming place to conquer. This application assists students to access millions of books and documents in an organized fashion. You can even create your library by putting together your notes, as well as chosen texts, books, and even audio books!
GroupMe
The GroupMe application is another must have college student application. It can be very hard to organize a group meeting through texting, and especially so when there are more than two people involved. This application allows students to very simply message groups of people to make a meeting plan. It has the option of turning off notifications so that your phone won’t be going crazy at all times.
Even if you try to avoid technology at all costs, there is no way you can’t see the benefits of using at least one of these applications to make college life just a little less of a headache!
